Horribly uncomfortable. Bruised my instep.

Put them in my boots at the store and they seemed okay. Walked the dog for 30 minutes and they hurt. After 45 minutes I was limping. Tried them for 30 minutes the next day at work and threw them out. Put the old worn out Timberland insoles back in. My right foot hurt all the rest of the week. That plastic arch vee is a killer.

Very comfortable but don’t last

The insoles are very easy to trim to size and stay in my work boots without slipping. They are very comfortable and provide great support. Only rating really low as within a week the top layer started to separate from the foam layer.
