Don’t waste your time

Super comfortable for the first month then, as said in other reviews, the insole completely blew apart. I am beyond disappointed and dissatisfied with this purchase. The only reason this is 2 stars is because of how comfortable they were in the first month.
Cannot find any company resources related to FarWest online to express my disappointment directly to customer service.

Poor insole quality

I purchased these shoes thinking they looked and fit great. Unfortunately the insoles were only partially glued to the shoe and the layers within the insole were poorly glued, causing it to separate. This caused the insole to scrunch up if wearing bare feet and every time you take the shoe off. I thought it was just a defective pair so I exchanged them. Unfortunately the replacement pair has the same issue. I’ll have to head back to Marks a 3rd time now to see how I can resolve the issue but it appears the build quality is very poor.

Great Buy/Great Shoes

Bought these to use primarily as slippers, but I do wear them outside on warm sunny days. They are very comfortable, especially that I am able to replace the insoles with my orthotics. The sale price made it even more of a bargain. May buy a second pair.
