Bad packaging for shipping

The sun hat arrived basically flattened as it was packaged with no supports. The straw on the top of the hat was completely destroyed.

Garbage.

Absolute garbage. Do not purchase under any circumstances. The straw breaks and falls apart just by looking at it. It will not survive a day and has essentially zero practical use. The brim is essentially falling off/apart all the way around the hat within 24 hours of purchase, even with taking extreme care after noticing it deteriorating. I have purchased a brand new car and had it die same day, and this hat is an even worse purchase. I'd rather deal with repairing a brand new vehicle.

This one star rating is being given because when the hat arrived, it was crushed and broken in shipping. I might suggest when shipping hats and especially straw hats put them in a supported container. Not just in a plastic bag. It was do disappointing to recieve the hat in this condition. Please do better.
