Passed the waterproof test

I live in a rain forest area and this coat passed the waterproof test. The shape is flattering on me who is short and stocky. It is light weight but warm enough in 5°C weather if wearing a sweater or fleece.

Two way zipper is a great feature

Love this jacket. The two way zipper is a great feature for a long style jacket, make it easy to sit int he car, and is useful for adding more mobility. Adjustable hood. Jacket looks great, and is perfect for hiking.

Great performance, heavier than anticipated

I am very pleased with this jacket. It keeps the rain off and is long enough to give a bit to sit on. Having ordered it online, I didn't realize it was as thick as it is, so it's a little hot for mid-summer wear.

Colour not as pictured ...

This jacket is well constructed, but , the 'ocean' colour I ordered ...well, it was not as pictured.... very dark 'work wear' colour so that was a bit disappointing . It also seemed to run a bit small, so one might want to order a size larger , especially if you want to wear a sweater or sweatshirt underneath ? It did come with a nice brushed lining so ,somewhat warm on it's own . As someone pointed out , an inside pocket on a rain jacket would be a very nice addition on any jacket ! The length was great ... long enough to have it under you when sitting .
