Sizing

Love the boot itself but the sizing is way off, I even went up a size and still have a hard time to put the boot on, once my foot are in then I'm fine, but it's a struggle to get them on

Skinny calves only

The quality seems great, but I had to return them because they were way too tight in the calf. Also they run small in size for the foot, I recommend sizing up. But even if they fit in the foot, the calf would be still too tight.

Fine but not a slam dunk

Hate to give a less than stellar review as I want to support Marks, but I bought these after looking online for ages and even trying some on in Marks’ stores (albeit I didn’t try these on - they were on sale). The reviews were pretty great and I needed something to keep me warm walking my kids to school or playing with them outside.
My experience is:
Pros: They keep my feet warm and dry in this very cold and snowy Toronto winter even in thin socks. They don’t look bad - are discreet enough. Go high enough for those big snow banks.
Cons: I’m usually a size 7.5 and got an 8 and my toes touch the end. My feet are thin and narrow and there’s lots of room on the sides, however, so I wouldn’t want to size up. I can wear them. The toe thing doesn’t really bother me, but I would recommend sizing up, I guess? I’ve never owned this style of boot with the plastic bottom but I find it rubs my hankle bones so they leave them a bit sore. Also, the bottom are fine for comfort, but don’t feel particularity cushiony or supportive, just fine.
I’ll wear these this winter but will probably find a new pair next year.

Narrow/Slim fit

I’m sure they’re good boots, but I couldn’t get them on! I have regular size 7 feet and slightly bigger calves. The boot is narrow and the upper part couldn’t fit my calf

Great boots at an affordable price

These boots are very warm and comfortable. I live in a rural area and walk my dogs through deep snow and ice and my feet stay warm and dry. They are fairly lightweight and have remained waterproof so far! They are slightly too wide for my feet but have not caused any chafing or blisters on any of my walks so far. I’m very happy with these boots and would recommend them to others.

- A: Hello - These boots do not require a waterproof spray at the time of purchase. However, the more use if the boots may require a waterproof spray later in the products lifecycle if the upper is wetting out.
