Kept me warm and dry in Iceland!

I purchased this parka for a trip to Iceland in February. It needed to be windproof, rainproof and insulated. This ticked all the boxes and then some. Has four exterior pockets. The large ones are big enough for an iPhone Pro Max. I was out in the elements in all kinds of weather including one of Iceland's worst storm of the year with wind gusts up to 120 km/hr. With layering a base long sleeve top and a fleece underneath I was warm and dry. Paired with layered legs and rain paints, mitts and toque I was set The faux fur line is great at breaking the wind around your face. I definitely recommend this product!

VERY WARM!

I love this parka, it is so warm and I love the greyish colour of the parka. My only downsides that I have found since wearing for the last few weeks since buying it is that the pocks are not secure, the unbutton and I have lost things (thankfully in the house), if the pockets were not slanted with buttons that would've been better. The other downside is that air gets into the gaps of the hood if you make it tighter to fit more snuggly as hoods never fit me so i always need to tighten it. Outside of these two cons the jacket is amazing, cozy and so warm. A little bulky but I don't care im more concerned about being warm and keeping stuff in my pockets.

Q: How do you handle the drawstring string sticking out and getting in the way. I see that other brands have a tiny hook to attach it to. It is a very wirey drawstring, stiff and it sticks out.
