If you are looking for warm long johns these are what you want! We wear these on the very cold Northern Ontario winter days and can stay warm. They are an investment but they will last you until you get too fat they dont fit. You get what you pay for!

Super warm by itself or with layers

Temperatures are dipping below zero where I am working and I find myself taking it off and all I'm wearing is an under-shirt, stanfield, this sweater, and a Carhartt rain defender. If you layer up properly and use this under a wind breaker you should be warm well below zero. Money well spent.

Nice Heavy Fleece

The jacket is made of heavy fleece which should be warm, and is well constructed. The only detraction is the thumb holes in the sleeves. While some people may find them useful, for me they are not useful and will let in some cold air unless they are closed. I think the jacket would be better if the manufacturer provided a way for the wearer to close them when not being used.
