Order arrived without hood. But contacted local store then customer service. Customer service corrected issue by finding a hood for the jacket I had received and shipped it out to me asap. When the hood arrived it fit perfectly. I have worn the jacket for work it is excellent quality. Extremely warm. Fits well.
