Poor workmanship

The shoes has a design flaw with inner soles being of very poor quality and loosing their shape in less than 3 months. The soles are now out of shape and bent over with requiring adjustment evertime I wear the boots. 1 year warranty on boots as per Mark's customer service, however neither store or customer service online consider poor quality soles to be part of warranty.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Disappointing boot Hi-Tec Cus Support even more so

Hi-Tec may have been a good company 50 years ago but my Bedrock;s do not represent that. If you check other reviews these made in China boots fit very, very narrow. I got them at the Black Friday price but in no way are they worth the suggested retail of $130, I had mine for less than 1 month and the tab at the rear for slipping into the boots ripped off. I contacted Hi-Tec Customer Support and never got a response. Thank goodness Mark's stand behind their products and replaced them for me. A further peeve is that the laces are too short to double knot.
