I placed an order online for this product and was advised it was in stock in my local Mark's, although I had just been to the store and was advised it was not. Further, the store suggested I go online to try and order the item and have it delivered to my local store for pickup. So imagine my surprise when the website said it was in stock and I could pick it up that night! Imagine my further surprise when, a while after placing the order, it was cancelled as there were none available. Not impressed with the in-store experience, or the online experience.

Falling apart after 1 wash

Bought multiple pairs and after 1 wash 2 of them are already falling apart. The material is coming away from the elastic along the sides and unravelling. I’ll be talking to Marks to see if they can be refunded since they’re underwear but there is clearly a manufacturing defect. I’ve bought Jockeys for the past 20 years without issue until now so this is quite surprising.
No, I do not recommend this product.
