Mitts are great! I went up a size from large to XL to make sure the magnets don’t pop open. Liner gloves are fine, but they definitely don’t work with my phone’s touch screen as advertised. This is disappointing because I know Kombi actually makes proper touch screen compatible liner gloves. Were they swapped out at a store?

Warm, comfy, brittle, and forget warranty

The first time I put them on, the left inner glove tore at the seam. I contacted Kombi, they told me to contact the retailer. I checked with Mark's and since I'm in Quebec, I was told to bring them in to a L'Équipeur for an exchange. I went and they had none. My choices were to refund them and buy one of the low quality offerings they had in store or just keep them. I kept them.
They're warm and comfy. The magnet on the right hand comes apart a bit too easily. I'm more disappointed with the warranty process. I bought a defective product online from the Mark's website, with no option to have my issue resolved to my satisfaction. I wasted time and effort driving to a store that didn't carry the product.
The gloves deserve 3 stars when they're not defective; Mark's warranty policy deserves 1 star. I averaged it out.

A review after owning them for a year.

If your just walking or sitting the gloves would be great BUT if your doing any type of activity that you have to use you hands for they are kind of useless. The magnetic opening could use much stronger magnets, in fact I'm going to glue them shut with some type of flexible glue. T
The magnetic opening opens when your changing a tire in the butter cold shoveling snow, using a snowblower, playing street hockey, using cross country ski poles and even driving.
Without the opening they would be a good mitt but don't buy them if your planning on using your hands for anything at all.
I would absolutely not recommend this product!

The size of the mittens run large. I give it one star due to the mittens itself is nice with magnet closure. However, the quality of the gloves inside is terrible. The stitches came out after one wear without any strenuous activity. There's now a hole on each of the gloves...
