Maybe fine for someone else. The fly doesn't have a zipper, only (stiff) buttons. Five of them. No way this opens fast enough in time of need. Maybe this information was in the description, but I didn't know I needed to check for it, as I've never encountered such a "fashion idea" in men's jeans.

I've been wearing Levi's for some years now. I really like how they fit however, I really am not okay with the hole or blowout just below the zipper after 2 or 3 months or normal wear and wash. I always buy them on sale but feel it's not good value if they have a hole in them shortly after buying them.
I returned the 3 pair that I bought.
No, I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When needing a new pair of jeans, I go to Levi Strauss. For daily wear, my choice is the 501 style. These pants hold up to wash and wear very well. They fit well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Levi jeans however I miss the leather patch. The leather patch should be available on all your jeans not just the very expensive ones at least let me pay extra to have a leather patch put on my jeans.

Q: I am wearing a size 36 and they are a bit big. I have lost weight and now think I should be wearing a 34, but the chart says I should be wearing a 36. Has the sizing/fit changed? Are they fitting smaller than they used to?

- A: Thank you for your question. Many factors impact the fit of a jean, for example stretch in fabric, high/mid-rise and style. Our size charts are based on a general average measurement. If your current size 36 jean fits a little larger on you, the 34" waist is the next recommended size…especially if the fit is a looser fit (athletic, relaxed taper, straight).3 years agoHelpful?

- A: Thank you for your comments/ question. Please note that all of our Levi's 501 jeans have a button fly opening. If you like this wash and the same 100% cotton fabric of this jean (but prefer a zip front), I recommend our Levi's 505 or 516 in stonewash (style numbers below). 50516-4891 50505-48913 years agoHelpful?
