100% Cotton. Excellent fit and weight for Winter season (this review is for the one made in Pakistan as there is a same design/price with a lighter weight, tighter fit, Cotton/polyester blend, made in Turkey, and that one is better for Spring. I had to go into the Store to exchange the lighter one for heavier 100% Cotton. Bought several in Black & Grey
