Forget About Marks

A month ago I purchased 4 pair of jeans, this jacket and a pair of shoes online. I only received the 4 pair of jeans. I have emailed customer support twice, and all I get is a reply that they will get back to me in a few days. We'll that was a month ago. It's obvious that they have no intentions of sending me my missing items, or refunding me my money. I used to shop regularly at this store, but now I will never use them again.
No, I do not recommend this product.
