Never received my purchase

Disappointed to not receive my purchase due to issues with UPS. Currently progressing an immediate refund. Waited for it over 2 weeks! No communication from UPS regarding loss of parcel. Hope to hear back from Marks regarding refund in full including compensation for stress of waiting without any word from UPS. Deeply disappointed.
