Worst shopping experience ever.
I placed an online order with same-day delivery, and the entire process between Mark’s and Uber was a complete mess. The issue was clearly with the coordination and communication between Mark’s and the delivery service. This is not Uber’s fault. The Uber driver was trying to do their job, but there was nothing they could do when the order and delivery process were not properly organized.
If you cannot properly manage same-day delivery, then don’t offer it. Don’t advertise a service you’re not equipped to provide. Customers should not have to deal with the frustration and inconvenience caused by poor coordination on your end.
Very disappointing and completely unacceptable.

Sizing and color issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered size L and found them a little snug --so, preferring a looser fit I ordered XL, but they were HUGE! Thought hmmm . . . is it me? and reordered another pair in L but no -- they are indeed snug. I also wanted a a darker color overall -- what I received every time is significantly lighter than the image shown on the website. Oh well.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I love that the straps are adjustable so the length is adjustable. They are thick and well made and sturdy and I look forward to a long time together with my overalls.
