Be aware this hardhat does not come with the suspension mechanism and it's only a shell! Three stars for the shell, good quality and nice wrap.

what the heck? Why wouldn't a new hardhat come with a suspension mechanism. Just a raw shell. Nothing more! Can't even use it.
