These steel toes are the best, this steel toes are very very comfortable. they are so comfortable I work with them 8 hours and 12 hours,I feel no pain at all. I got so many compliments my manager and my supervisors they touch my feet if shoe are actually steel toes. Nobody can believe it I have to show them the green tag on the shoes. I recommend these shoes 100%. They are so comfortable and stylish people will think they are just regular shoes. This company knows about steel toes I will never going to buy from any other company except this company. I hope they continue creating comfortable steel toes like this.

I've previously purchased these boots and I love them. I'm looking to purchase them again. Ive been working 12hr days and with other boots, my feet are painful before the end of the shift. These are just as comfy as wearing sneakers. And they're soo cute, don't be surprised if people double check for your CSA tags! I've worn the same pair for a year and about 6 mths, so it definitely time for a new pair.

Q: Is there a warranty on these shoes? I've had mine for less than a year and they are falling apart. The sole has began to come unstitched and I'm getting water and debris in my shoe.

A: We'll warrant against any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from date of purchase! A receipt or proof of purchase is ALWAYS required. When it doesn’t work out, your first call should be to the retailer where the footwear was purchased. The retailer will inspect the footwear for manufacturing defects* and if a defect is found, and it is within the retailer’s returns period, in most cases will exchange your footwear. A receipt or proof of purchase is ALWAYS required. If the return falls outside of the retailer’s terms period, and you believe it is a manufacturing defect, opposed to normal wear and tear, contact us (info@mellowwalk.com) with images and a short description of the problem. If we agree with your assessment, we may offer to repair or replace at our expense. A receipt or proof of purchase is ALWAYS required. *What’s considered a defect? Shoes wear out with wear. Q: What are the actual dimensions of the shoes? like the length of the inner sole? based on the size chart I could be anywhere from a US 7-9 size.

A: The sizes are true to fit. The original insoles are a little weak, so I removed them and replaced them with better cushioned insoles. I just measured them, and they are exactly 11” (28cm) from toe to heel.

A: Our Jessica High Top Safety shoes are not waterproof - while they have some water resistance at the toe cap it is recommended to use some product to add waterproof/resistance to these shoes.
