Product is good. Lots of shoulder room for my husband. But beware, their graphic tees are made in different countries and by different companies. This is one of the only one's that fit okay.
Customer service:
I ordered online for in-store pick-up. Online process was fine. However, when I went to the store I went directly to the checkout counter and there was nobody there. It took so long for anyone to acknowledge me that I had to call the store in order to get service. Turns out the cashier was the woman who walked up from the back, saw me, and then went to apply lipstick in the mirror in the men's department. She didn't come to the check out counter until I had called the store and the manager paiged her.
