Faulty Zippers!

I loved this coat for its waterproofing and comfy flannel lining and fit, but the zippers never worked. I thought when I bought it they were just stiff but I was never able to wear it. Very disappointing.

Wrong lining!

I was excited to receive this rain coat in red. It arrived in good time. I was disappointed that the lining was not as shown in the photo. My jacket came with a green and pink striped lining rather than the red and white as shown

Colours not like photo

The jacket is nice but the lining is nothing like shown in photo. Rather than red & white polka dot it's stripes of green & pink. Doesn't look good with the red outside. And the outside is more of an orange red. Disappointing.

MTC thermal slick rain jacket

My first rain jacket from MTC, purchased 25 years + ago finally gave out at the seam by the hood. I loved that jacket. Of course I ordered another. I had to buy this on line so never saw or tried it on. This one had a tag saying , “newer, slimmer” model. I liked the roominess of my first one. The outer material is really stiff and I am just hoping it will soften up in time. To be honest, I don’t recall if my first one was like that.

Do not buy it

Not as shown in the photo. Material is very stiff, not nice to the touch. I bought it for the beautiful dots but instead got horribly looking stripes. Had to return it. Would not recommend it to a friend or anyone else. Fit-very loose.

QUALITY AND COMFORT - could be better

Jacket is a perfect fit and I love the spring like colour of bright yellow. It somehow acts as if it is inflexible - stiff type of waterproof fabric. It would have been more comfortable if the fabric had been softer. The stiffness seems to also make a sort of "cracking sound". Otherwise, I know it protects against the rains.
