Merrell Work Men's Agility Peak Tactical Athletic Shoe

I find these shoes to be exactly what I was looking for. I spend a lot of time on walking on desert dirt, and the cleats on my new shoes really take a bite, so that I don't fall. I find myself wondering if the same sole is available in a high top shoe.

My fav shoes, super comfy. My only complaint would be they get a little hot in summer

Great tactical Sneaker. Has good ground feel and control. Good on most surfaces, might slip on a slick surface. Only downside is they are not water repellent or proof. Lacing system can be better also, adding a speed lacing lock would make them 👌🏽 .

Just received my order- description for these shoes says "breathable" at least four times throughout the length of the page. That's the main reason I purchased these sneaker style shoes. Sneakers- are notorious for breathing well. Somewhere in the EMAIL- with the receipt- it says the word waterproof. Pretty sure. A few months ago-on this site- the vernacular of 'water' and 'proof' or 'water' and 'resistant'- was used. Number 1: These shoes were the hottest, most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn in my life. Nylon- is the MAIN ingredient-with leather being a minor factor in the equation at best. Nylon- is woven plastic everyone! Hence- the feeling of plastic bags on your feet. They did not breathe- AT ALL. Plastic bags wouldn't breathe- so why would nylon? Number 2: I had to take a combat knife and stab holes- through the brand new shoe- just to get air flow. Number 3: Unlike the rest of the world- I don't have unlimited time to mail something back- in the hopes that maybe- just maybe- the same quality product I received from you guys years ago- will be here today. It took x amount of days to get the order, then it will take x many days to return it- THEN- best part- it will take x amount of days to receive the refund-even though merchants get instant access to our cash. This is all IF- the company approves the refund procedure. Ya see Merrell engineers: There is no such thing as 100% waterproof. It was mentioned at some point in your description- because someone else purchased these shoes for the purpose of their weather resistant/proof characteristics- but the product description has since been edited. Furthermore- out of ALL the waterproof shoe options- low cut-sneaker style shoes- are the least water resistant choice- anyone with multiple brain cells would think 'hiking boot' or really, any boot variant. BEWARE: the shoes do not breathe because they are primarily nylon- which is a horrid, terrible design. They are water resistant- but no fabric in this world is 100% waterproof. It's made out of backpack/rucksack material- which holds up for a little while- but it will get soaked through, then because of the brilliant design- it will trap outside water- as well as your foot sweat. This ensures that the wearer will have an extremely uncomfortable experience. I've had two pairs of merrells- they were total perfection. These? I don't know what happened. Quality change, design change-cost cut- apathy. I have pictures but am unable to attach them. Never again.

Very comfortable, lightweight duty shoe, but durability is questionable. Purchased for use on shift, so worn every third day. Where the sole wraps over the toe at front of shoe began to separate after about 30 days of wear. Within one year, or about 110 days of wear, tread was worn smooth and sole had significant separation from rest of shoe. Would not buy again due to durability issues.

Right out of the box comfort. Sizing was on point. I had plantar fasciitis when I got these and it’s helping a ton.

Just what I needed. Completely trust Merrell with any footwear for law enforcement/ hiking or anything else. Highly recommend this product.
