Returned, didn't like the charger.

Bought these without thinking about the charger. They're a decent glove but, I dont want ANOTHER charger to loose. This should have a USB-C end so it can be charger with a phone charger.

Hi, this is the Mobile Warming Marketing team, your recommendation is spot on, we have replaced the Blacksmith with the Blacksmith V2 which is now shipping. This glove comes with batteries that have USB-C charging and come with a charging cable. The older gloves that have a battery with charger are a great split design that reduces bulk on the wrist, but yes, they do come with a regular charger.

Heated blacksmith gloves

I like these gloves, but have not worn them much yet. They seem to have a good amount of lining and I like the extra palm support. However the heat button on the left one doesn't respond as well as the right one. It doesn't change color very quickly.

Extra batteries

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read through all the reviews plus I have a pair of the socks since last winter. Battery life is an issue. For the socks at 3/4 warmth I get about 3 hours. I would suggest that the manufacturer give a 50% discount on a 2nd set if purchased with another garment. Pls don’t cry about the costs or I’ll go find the balance sheet for the corp and report executive bonuses.

So Far So Good

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The gloves are very comfortable, they heat up nicely and so far stay warm. A downside is the batteries, they don’t take the same batteries as everything else so if you have multiple products you won’t have spare batteries for the gloves, plus the pocket for the gloves could be bigger cause the batteries fit only when stacked and leave a big bump and if you’re wearing a watch on that side it can get even more uncomfortable. Lastly order BIG, my measurements put me in a large glove but my wrist doesn’t fit past the elastic, I got a 3XL instead and it slides on beautifully with 1/4” extra space on my fingertips. Oh and I did NOT receive an incentive for this review despite my only option is selecting yes.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Approximately 16 months after receiving those as a gift, I had an issue with the gloves. I contacted Customer service and got a very quick response. My issue was sorted out promptly and to my satisfaction. As for performance in cold weather, these gloves could be warmer but are fine down to minus 10 C. Battery life at maximum heat setting is approximately 2 hours.

Q: How do you tell when the batteries have been fully charged, while charging using the AC adapter outside of the glove the first time?

- A: Hi, this is the Mobile Warming Marketing Department, excellent question, there is a small LED light on the AC adapter when plugged into an outlet the light will be red if the batteries are not fully charged, the light turns green when the batteries are fully charged. A full charge could take 2-3 hours.6 months agoHelpful?
Q: How well does the heat work for fingers? Most gloves heat the palm and not the fingers.
