Mobile Warming Unisex Heated Squall Gloves

Good product. Wore for the first time on a -15C day skeet shooting and they kept my hands warm.

Shipping was fast but sadly that's the end of the good experience. Both batteries were missing along with the charging lead. Over two weeks later and after repeated failures of the incompetent support team to even call me back with an update, I have had to make over five calls to them myself. Only today did they admit that their order fulfillment team messed up and sent me a pair of gloves that had already been returned. They have finally issued a refund and sent me a postage return label. Very very disappointing service and experience.

I certainly would not consider purchasing this item from Marks, however tempting. I received my gloves two weeks ago however the batteries and charging cable were missing. I visited a retail outlet to enquire but was told, in no uncertain terms, that this was not their responsibility as it was not an item they stocked. They could not even give me the telephone number for customer services. When I did find the number for customer services I called and a case was opened (or so I thought) and was told I would receive a call after the weekend (and apparently this is not the first time with this product). I am now two weeks after the initial delivery and absolutely no closer to having a pair of heated gloves. I just called and have been told that it doesn't look like any action has been taken as yet. I am going to give them two more days and if nothing has happened I shall be requesting a full refund (though quite how long that may take I'm not optimistic). Pathetic or non-existent customer service on a hugely overpriced item (manufacturer was, or likely still is, offering them approximately $70 less - however currently do not have them in stock unfortunately)

They emit very little heat. Very disappointed.

Warming gloves my husband suffers from frostbite so we gad a difficult time finding him gloves that will keep his hands warm these did that great product

Not as warm as expected. The tops of your fingers are warm but the underside and palm are not warm! Walking the dog and my hands are still cold on 100%. I ordered and the first pair had NO batteries or charging cord, returned and ordered again, second pair was the same.....no batteries or cord. I had to call and they were able to send batteries separate. Took almost 1 month from when they were first ordered. Definitely not as warm as I thought.

Well worth it! The four temperature settings make these perfect for all weather conditions. Battery life is decent and touchscreen is a bonus.

The batteries stay charged for a couple of weeks when not in use, I turn the gloves on medium before I leave for work, I have 40 minute drive to work and I turned the gloves off half way there. Nice gloves
