These are just right right for holding car keys. I have a bunch of them. I even match the carabiner color to the car color for quick ID. Red van, red carabiner. Gray car, silver carabiner, etc.

Been using and rx Nite Ize to everyone for over 3 decades. I have the zipper bits, the lights, tools, and about 12 carabiners. I used to swear by the locking mechanism to keep keys and leashes safe. But on a dog walk, this biner - in the lovely orange colorway - snapped apart from the base where it locks with the black plastic bit. First the black slide lock bit discharge and then the key ring section flung to the ground. So disappointed.
No, I do not recommend this product.
