My favourite Silver jeans.

Love these hard-to-find Silver Jeans. Super comfortable fit with a low waist. Relaxed fit and soft stretchy denim. I am 5’7” and 130 lbs and ordered a size 30. For a tighter fit I probably could have gone to a 29. The 31 inch inseam was perfect.

I purchased jeans only available online and needed to exchange for a shorter length. In order to do this, I chose to return the jeans in store. Jordi, from the Burlington Mall location, helped me in the return and ordered me the new pair. He was so friendly and professional. This store is very fortunate to have him as a member of their team as it’s rare to encounter a person with such excellent customer service skills. I received the jeans 3 days later and they were perfect!

Love these jeans, but Marks does not communicate in real time with the purchaser. I used to get immediate responses in regards to my purchase’s. Now I get nothing….What is going on with you guys??

They Jeans Never Arrived

I ordered 2 pair of Silver Jeans, different styles. I got the 1st pair quickly and without issue. The 2nd pair, the ones under review here weren't coming after quite a while. I contacted Mark's to enquire about them, then a couple of days later got a form email saying my order was cancelled for one reason or another. This was after the payment was pending on my card. They were quick to remove the pending payment from my card and I'm assuming that they just ran out of stock.
