Anti Theft Tag on Product- no response from Custom

The product arrived with the anti theft plastic tag affixed. Nobody responded to my customer service email. Had to go all the way downtown to the store to have it removed. Terrible customer service

I love these jeans, unfortunately they never carry my size in the store. I ordered online and they did not fit. The return policy is I have to pay, it cost me almost 16.00 to return. I will not be ordering again.
