These shoes fit small. I tried on my normal size which is size 11. Too small. I tried on a size 12 which were too large. I ordered a size 11.5 to be delivered to my home. Delivery with tax was around the $10 mark. When 11.5 sized shoes arrived, they were too small. I had to return these shoes but I lost the $10 shipping fees. Otherwise I liked the shoe style and it seemed well made.

Disappointing experience from Marks

The item that i got from store was a different shoe.I thought to opne the package and check inside the store and found that its not the same shoe that ordered, dont know why they keep a wrong item in the order, the staff said they made a mistake and then i asked if this item is availabile in stock as i got an offer for the item when they order, staff said its out of stock and i need to go to other stores to get the same shoes now.I just went to the shoe area in disappointment to look for another shoes in offers and found out the same shoes with same size that i ordered is in the rack.I asked the staff whats happening and they said they totally dont know how this messed up.But the shoes are good and the quality is good.Customer experience was bad from Marks Retail Shop.
