Not Slip-Ins”

I’m sure the product is fine but it was picked after searching for “Slip-In’s” on the Mark’s website. After choosing the size, width, etc. I failed to notice that it really wasn’t a “Slip-In” style. Although the insert even said “Slip-In’s”, it was not. When I returned it to the store, the salesperson gave an eye-roll saying “It has laces!” but other Sketcher’s that are slip-ins have laces as well. I did buy other shoes at the store anyway.

I bought two pairs of shoes via the online app; I consider them to be of very good quality, and my children are happy with them. However, the shipping took a very long time, the packaging was poor, and the boxes arrived partially damaged, though the contents themselves were unharmed. The package was left at the door, and I received no notification that it had been delivered; my neighbors alerted me, and were it not for them, I might still not have realized it had arrived.
