Very Dissatisfied

Parcel finally came and was in terrible condition. The merchandise was damaged as one shoe was deformed. Returned to local store and the asked for the shipping costs to be returned which I have not received after 3 weeks. Very dissatisfied.

Clog shoes were great , however, even though I asked to be contacted via email telling me when my online purchase would be ready for store pickup, I never got anything . I had to phone the store to find out if my prepaid order had arrived and it had !!
