Great for high arches

Cute for work (professional enough for my hospital environment) and incredibly comfortable. I love the zipper instead of laces. Great fit on the arch. I have high arches and it's rare for things to fit me this well. I'm between size 8.5-9 depending on the shoes (size 9 for running shoes) and the 8.5 works perfectly. true to size.

Zipper detail may be an issue

Arch support in these shoes are super comfy . Love the look and the zipper detail . However with wear the zipper does slide down . Zipper is not just decor it is to keep the shoe tight … so it may be a reason to return .

Very Cute & Comfortable

I didn't think these would be as lightweight as they are when I ordered them online. They are super light, instantly comfortable and you can feel the arch support. They weren't clunky like a Van's or Converse as the sole has more give. They were a little more elongated than rounded toe (not important - but I feel in larger sizes they might look awkard). This is a super cute shoe but the one thing I really worry about is the zipper being on a slant, you have to give it a pull to go up that slant & I don't think that pull will last as it is just a thin vinyl. They should have made it real leather or metal or not made the zipper on a slant. There is no way to wear the shoe without it done up & undone by zipper (I like to slip on my shoes even with laces just always tied) this shoe will not allow that & for that reason only I'm considering whether to keep or not. Also, while this is a very cute shoe with nice gold details on the logo, pull & sole, lightweight & comfortable - I'm glad I got it on sale as I believe that should be the regular price. I think this shoe will easily sell out as I couldn't find it anywhere online (maybe exclusive to Mark's) you may want to buy it even at regular price. Be careful to hold onto the metal under the pull when you zip & maybe it will last.

well luckily I wore them in the house a bit longer before we left for the airport to Europe - I would have been very upset had I not figured out the zipper on one shoe won’t stay zipped and the shoe slides off - that has messed up a bunch of packing that is too late to change -had to go to my white standby shoes
