I already bought a grey pair of these runners. Super comfortable and fit to size. The nice thing is I can wear them when it's rainy, keeps my feet completely dry. Had to have the black pair too

More comfortable then boots for walking

Not as cushioned as regular running shoes, but much more comfortable than boots and keep your feet dry if you can avoid deep puddles. I have a 30 minute walk to work and live in a rainy climate. I like that these shoes come in neutral colours suitable for work. Fit big, I had to exchange for a size smaller. Even in the smaller size there's room for thick wool socks

Q: Is the Sorel womens out 'N about 111 low waterproof sneaker a lace-up or a tab that pulls to tighten them up? Both options are mentioned so I'd like clarity. Also, what's the sole height?

A: Hello - This shoe is a lace-up and so you are able to adjust to your liking. The heel height is 15mm. and the forefoot height is 3.5mm. - Victoria
