Wrong sizing

Be aware that the wide width is not wide but extremely narrow. Beautiful shoes but unfortunately they are sized incorrectly.

Bought 2 months ago. Does not fit as advertised. Wide is not wide. Perhaps mislabeled. Very stylish at a nice price .Have to wait for Covid to relax so I can try on and exchange at store .

The shoes are fine, the shipping of the product was a shambles. It took two weeks for the product to travel from Calgary to Whitecourt. When the parcel got here it had my name and the WRONG phone number. Lucky the Purolator agent took the initiative to look me up in the phone book. No Stars for Mark’s on their shipping.

Are these someone else’s shoes???

These shoes were clearly worn before. The treading was used, laces were frilly, scuffs on the top and scratches. Dirt foot print inside. Packing such as tissue paper/shoe horns were in poor condition.
How’s that for an online exclusive LOL
