Poor shipping

Cups were sent in a plastic bag with no protection. They had a bunch of marks but arrived after the first shipping date so couldn’t return as they were gifts for Christmas. Very disappointing

My son loves it. Seems to keep things cold, but leaks a lot, even when you remove the straw and turn the piece to closed mode.

Great when upright

Husband loves it, keeps water cold for hours and makes it easier to drink more with the straw. Be careful if it tips over as it does leak, but was aware of this before purchasing.

I Don’t Get the Hype

Not a bad tumbler, however my yeti and tumbler from Costco are much better at keeping liquid hot/cold. I don’t quite get the hype. Glad I purchased this product on sale and did not pay full price.

Arrives Poorly Packaged

This was a poor experience. The mug was delivered ,and now it needs to be returned due to how poorly it was packaged. If they continue to ship them like this, every customer would only be setting themselves up for disappointment when they order from Marks. It arrived with scuffs that make it look like a returned item.
