Bad service

I wanna start by saying I have never written a review for anything in my life, however I feel the need to say this.The product is fine, but I can’t believe the service I receive every time I go to Marks. Every time I go to this store I feel like an inconvenience, and this time was no different. The store was unwilling to hold my product one extra day as I wasn’t able to get to the store. I called the store to make other arrangements for pick up, as well as put the person picking up’s name in the order. However, when the person went to go get it, they had no idea what she was talking about and had made no note of this. Customer service is always rude so I shouldn’t be surprised.
