Never received the shoes!!

I ordered the safety shoes and needed them for a site visit, even though I paid for express shipping, Mark's staff chose to send it using Canada Post and it got stuck due to the strike of Sep 2025, while it is unethical for Canada Post to not deliver what they have already picked up, Mark's should have sent me another safety shoes and get back their original shipping from Canada Post later. Which Mark's never did. That's very poor customer service.
No, I do not recommend this product.
