Shipped without protection - damaged in transit

Product arrived damaged because they shipped it in an envelop with no padding (OF COURSE it got damaged, when so little consideration was given to protecting it...).
To add insult to injury, local staff said "we cannot refund the shipping cost". The SHIPPING was the problem! And no, this is not the fault of Canada Post. You were responsible for packing the product with proper protection - you failed to do so.
Mark's management: Please explain to me why you deserve my business more than Amazon. Your level of service is not impressing me.

Great insulated beverage can holder.
Good for tall and small cans and can even be used for bottles.
In my opinion, better and more versatile than Yeti holders.
