Have been using this boot for years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hike 5-7 miles a day. This boot has been my only one for well over 20 years, and I'm on my 10th pair. It needs no break-in, and is a joy to wear. Every few years I treat myself to a new pair for the tremendous extra support it provides.
ProsBreathable, Comfortable, Durable, fits lika glove

Yes, I recommend this product.

The plans are to try again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these boots for walking our county roads and hiking nearby trails. This is my first pair of Maddsen after several pairs of White Ledge. I got tired of the toe separation on each pair of my White Ledge, which allows moisture to enter the toe box. In defense of the shoe, I usually have a couple hundred miles on them on some difficult trails. Thought I would give Maddsen a try. The stitching gave way after two or three months. Maybe a hundred miles or so. The plus is the company was very prompt is approving a replacement pair of boots.
ProsAttractive, Does what I need it to do on the trail
ConsStitching came apart after just two months

Yes, I recommend this product.

Cheaply made, wore out quickly

Cracked on a seam after 14 months of use, no warranty and no advice on repair from "customer service". No longer the quality footwear they used to be.
ProsAttractive, Comfortable, Stylish
ConsOuter Material

No, I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am on my feet 12 hours a day working in a hardware store, servicing people and handling merchandise coming in and leaving. I am 74 years old and have never had any problems with my feet because of Timberland's great work boots

New boots

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like eyelets tight around my ankle so I may wear them a touch loose compared to most which causes the tongue to slip down some.

Yes, I recommend this product.
