Poorly Designed Winter Boots

I ordered these winter boots (Timberland) for my wife thinking they were the best quality but she could not even get her foot into them even without socks. I ordered the correct size (8) but they were so stiff and rigid it was impossible to get her feet inside them. We were both extremely disapointed as it was supposed to be a surprise for her. We will be returning them to a Mark's store for an exchange or refund.

Size up, arrived all scratched up, had to return

Unfortunately, the boots arrived completely scratched, so I had to return them for a refund. I didn’t want to deal with the risk of another faulty order. They seem like nice boots overall and looked great, but I would recommend sizing up. Although the product arrived damaged, customer service was excellent and made the return process easy.

Great boots for the winter

I got these boots for the winter and they are great so far. My feet are warm, they don’t slip, and they’re practical for everyday as it’s very easy to walk in. I usually wear 8.5 and sized up to a 9 and it’s a perfect fit.

Nice looking, but too small around the ankle. It seems that this boot was designed for going out to dinner in the city when there is barely any snow around. You can't tuck your pants into them if you wanted to. You can barely even fit a finger between your leg and the neck of the boot. I bought a size 9 for by 12 year old daughter, and while the size of the foot was correct, everything else was tight. Bad design.. such a shame.
