No delivery!!

I ordered boots on August 27 to be delivered to their store for pickup. Order said ready for pickup Sept 2. I checked the tracking and they couldn’t recognize their own store address? I finally went into the store Sept 12 to cancel the order they still hadn’t received! That process took me 40 minutes. Won’t do that again…. =(

Great, but poor quality

These are a great style. Looks great with jeans or dress pants. They're very comfy. I've owned them almost two months and they've really stretched out. At first they felt a bit snug and almost didn't fit, now I'm glad I went a little smaller. I've only worn them inside the clean office, and the sole has separated from the actual boot. When I walk it looks like the boot is laughing at me. The quality just isn't there. I really love this boot but wish the quality was better. I don't think these boots will last long, which is a shame considering how much I paid for them.

- A: Hello - These are a leather casual boot. They do not contain any insulation, hence will not provide warmth. The grip is not built for snowy, icy surfaces and so I would not recommend as a winter boot. - Victoria3 years agoHelpful?
