this hood is a good fix for the jacket. I usually don't use hoods because they hang down to far down and in the way. this hood is not fancy and but works great with a ball cap. i am a big guy and it gives good cover.

Poor customer service

It should have came with the jacket I had already purchase. a less expensive rain jacket by the same company (Viking) has the hood attached and sold as a complete item. The jacket purchased did not say the hood was not part of the assembly. Although I didn’t see a hood I had assumed it was attached somewhere and I didn’t notice at the time. so I had to come back a second time on a Sunday after looking online and stock showed the hood but when I returned to the store they did not have it and that was after a long wait due to the store being very understaffed in comparison to the amount of customers that were in the store so I left and purchased the hood online. It was not a good experience

Great quality, but made for children. Barely makes it over the middle of my head. Luckily i wear a hard hat most days, other wise it's useless

I ordered a Viking hood and I was send a Dakota hood. Now if I want a new one I have o pay for shipping!
