Cutsheild™ Para-aramid/steel/polyester liner with ANSI cut level A5 resistance for superior protection. Heavy duty rubber on back of hand, fingers and knuckle bar provides impact protection. Hooded fingertips and thumb for added reinforcement and protection in critical wear areas. Spandex stretch back is flexible and provides form-fitting memory. Extra Safety After a Saw Mishap

Purchased these after my husband nearly lost part of a finger in a table saw accident. His previous gloves helped a bit, but this pair (I'm hoping) will HELP prevent any such mishap in the future.

These gloves are excellent for what I purchased them for - motorcycle riding. The gloves take a while to break in, and are uncomfortable until then. After that, they are great.

Sturdy gloves

Have now used gloves to move big rocks and have a few comments: The small-sized gloves are too big for a woman, which means they aren't as useful. Also, they do not grip as well as I'd hoped. So rocks slide out, which was not what I expected. BUT they are very very sturdy. No rips or tears.
