HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered on Dec 12th. It is now Jan 03, and still no item has been shipped. I tried repeatedly to cancel and get a refund from Mark's but nobody will call or talk with me. I wont order anything online with marks again. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!
