The process of buying online at Marks is straightforward and uncomplicated. The shoes were delivered a day before the estimated delivery time and fit well. Will wear them today for the first time and know for sure. But a friend who works in the film and TV world recommended them to me when we were working outsude in -15 weather and swears by them.

In less than a month I've had to repair 2x with shoe goo.
The stitching on back tab came out
The locking lace rivet came off
They are very comfortable and very warm. Just seem not as well made as boots in the past
