I won’t buy from Marks again online

I saw these mitts on sale online. The site indicated they were available in the Trenton store but they were. It said they were available at the Kingston store but they weren’t. And I checked both stores online just before going in. So I deco to eat the e delivery cost and buy them online . When the mitts arrived they had a rip in one. I’m sure they were shipped from a store that couldn’t sell them because of the rip. I returned them to the Trenton store and was refunded the cost of the mitts, but not the cost of delivering the ripped mitts.
No, I do not recommend this product.
