These pants look like they will fill the bill. The bottom of legs seem a little bigger than what I wanted but if wearing hiking boots will prob be fine.

I had been looking for a pair of zip-off pants, and I found fit and quality of the WindRiver HyperDri to be excellent. The zippered pockets are also very functional and nice. We are going to Mexico, and I wanted a quality pair of zip-offs for the flight, so I can convert to shorts prior to our arrival in Huatulco. I ended up buying 2 pairs (Beige and Olive)
