First of all I was so impressed by the staff at Mark's. Went to 2 stores and both times, (as bought a second pair) and same great experience. Pretty rare customer service these days. I was looking for a boot that I could slip into and slide out of while holding our puppy to take her outdoors in the snow and mud - hands free - and they were the best I could find. I recommend them.
