Velcro on straps are way too small

NOT wide foot friendly. The lower strap has only about 1in of velcro which allows for basically no flexibility on sizing. I bought my dad size 11 for his birthday and he was nowhere near able to fit his foot into the front strap. For reference, I (size 7 woman's) could barely fit my foot into the front strap of the size 11 mens sandals. Incredibly disappointing as the sandals looked great quality, and the sole fit my dads wide foot, but the tiny square of velcro allowed no ability to adapt which is such a small detail and probably would cost like $0.10 for the manufacturer to make the velcro piece larger but instead I've had to return the sandals.
