I love these hikers so much the purchase was a replacement pair. I was thrilled to be able to order them online (not available in store) and even more excited to be offered free delivery to my home which is 30 minutes from my home. The hikers were ordered and I followed their journey across western Canada and eventually back to Missauga ON. I did not receive the order even though my address was confirmed as correct by the very helpful customer service rep. No new hikers for me. :-(
