They were a gift but the recipient who is very fussy said shoe was comfortable and light. They appear well made and I certainly thought the sole looked well constructed and would prevent slips.

Comfortable shoe but doesn't last long

I find it really difficult to find comfortable shoes. These shoes were very comfortable, unfortunately they wore out very quickly. They only lasted me about 2.5 months. The backs gave out and are made of thin sharp plastic. They started to slice my ankles. I continued wearing them by putting bandaids on my ankles so that they wouldn't cut me but I eventually had to get a different pair of shoes. The rest of the shoe was still in great shape, the insides weren't worn down and there were no holes or anything. They kept my feet dry gardening and hiking. So it was a shame to have to throw them out. Since I haven't been able to find another shoe I find comfortable I'll be buying them again but I'm hoping the next pair lasts a bit longer.
