They do not fit properly. The box has wide printed on it these are not wide sized boots. I’m taking them back.

Very warm, excellent traction. Only complaint is the width, I usually wear an 8 wide, had to size up to a 9 but still a bit tight across, lots of room for length.

A winner

My first ICEFX boots and am loving them so far. I bought these as they were one of the few wide options for women and was nervous due to the lack of choice and frankly because they don't look that great in the online pictures. But they fit my feet very well and after two walks, I am very happy with this purchase. I normally wear a 9.5 Wide and bought 10Wide. The soles are not hard or jarring on the knees as I have experienced with other winter boots, there is some give. Tying the laces takes a bit of effort but I like that this style allows for some personal choice as to how tightly to make the ankle area. I enjoy a bit of give in that area and cannot deal with stiff boots. These are working well for me. Looking forward to winter walks in my ICE FX boots!

They are supposed to be wide but still felt narrow even with 1 size up. I ended up buying the IceQueen boots which have the regular fit though in larger size. Wish there were many options for wide-foot people.

Wind River boots : WIDE

The boots themselves were fabulous however I ordered a “ wide” size 11 and they did not fit with any more Room than a regular size . This was disappointing as I was hoping that these boots would be the ones that I could keep.

Disappointing experience

I had ordered the boots online so I tried them on when I picked them up. Wasn't able to get my foot through the "neck" of the boot. Salesman brought me a size 11 (I take size 9) to try on. They were enormous on my feet. I was surprised that a salesman would make such a suggestion of a boot 2 sizes too big!
